Wheatberry Bake Shop Italian Bread

This Italian bread has a crisp, buttery crust and a soft, light crumb. It is ideal for your dinner bread and butter basket.

Wheatberry Bake Shop Seeded Twist

Sesame seeds and poppy seeds twisted into our Italian dough and topped with pretzel salt. It goes great with soups and salads, or just snack on it as is.

Wheatberry Bake Shop Multigrain Bread

Our most nutritious (and delicious) loaf! This favorite is made with a mix of whole wheat and wheat flour, rye meal, rolled oats, rolled wheat, millet, sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. It makes a great BLT, or, if you're vegetarian, try it with roasted vegetables and cheese.

Unseeded German Rye

A German style rye bread made with whole rye meal, dark rye flour, and comes without caraway seeds. Try it with ham and smoked cheddar.

Wheatberry Sourdough

Like the Multigrain Sourdough, this is a very nutritious bread.  Made with whole wheat and wheat flour, cracked wheatberries, and wheat germ.

Wheatberry Bake Shop Whole Wheat w/ Walnuts and Raisins

Made with our Wheatberry dough, we add lots of raisins and chopped walnuts.  This bread makes excellent toast or if you're adventurous, try making a grilled cheese with it!

Wheatberry Bake Shop Ciabatta

This is an authentic Italian style loaf that has a very flavorful, crispy crust and an open textured inside. Use it for your next Muffaletta sandwich.

Wheatberry Bake Shop Rosemary Focaccia

We take our rich focaccia dough, brush it with our seasoned olive oil and add fresh rosemary to it, then top it with a little coarse salt.  Sold as 4 large squares to a bag.

Queen City Sourdough

This is our crustiest and most tart Sourdough loaf.  It's made (over the course of 3 days) with 10% whole wheat flour, a hint of pickle juice, and our starter established in 2011.

Cinnamon Raisin Brioche

This bread is loaded with butter and eggs. It has a swirl of cinnamon sugar, but isn't overly sweet, and is ideal for French toast.
