Sesame seeds and poppy seeds twisted into our Italian dough and topped with pretzel salt. It goes great with soups and salads, or just snack on it as is.
I just wanted to dispel a stereotype here. Bakers are not twisted. We take our aggressions out on our dough, and after a long day of pummeling baked goods, we are very serene.
